Terms and Conditions for Co-Working and Event Space Booking at SpaceNXT

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the User ́s ( an Individual or Corporate entity) access to use the co-working and event spaces booking services provided by Union Bank of Nigeria Plc through SpaceNXT platform/website (www.spacenxt.unionbankng.com) Throughout the “Terms”, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SpaceNXT. The services offered on this website, inclusive of all information and tools are conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein.

1. Booking Process and Availability
   • 1.1. The Platform allows customers to book co-working spaces and event spaces within SpaceNXT location at 36 Marina, Lagos State.
   • 1.2. Customers are at liberty to select a desired date, time, number of attendees and type of space on the Platform.
   • 1.3. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reject or recommend bookings based on space availability or other internal eligibility criteria.
   • 1.4. It is the responsibility of the user to disclose additional requirements or special facilities needed as a result of any physical challenge or medical conditions.
2. Reservation Confirmation:
   • 2.1.Upon submitting a booking request through the website, you will receive a confirmation email or notification acknowledging receipt of your request.
   • 2.2. The confirmation email or notification does not guarantee the availability of the requested space. An additional email or communication will be sent to you to confirm or deny the booking based on availability or other factors.
3. Booking Modifications and Cancellations:Reservation Confirmation:
   • 3.1. Any amendments to your booking must be notified to and agreed by us via the provided contact details on the Platform.
   • 3.2. Prices of bookings are subject to change without notice.
   • 3.3. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before confirming the modification.
   • 3.4. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties determined by SpaceNXT.
   • 3.5. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the booking was made.
4. Products or Services
   • 4.1. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the visual representation of our various Spaces and we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display is precise.
   • 4.2. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any bookings or services that we offer. All descriptions of venues or spaces pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of SpaceNXT.
   • 4.3. We do not warrant that the quality of any booking, services, information, or other booked by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
5. Fees and Payment:
   • 5.1. The booking of co-working spaces and event spaces through the Platform currently does not require an online payment.
   • 5.2. All fees, including rental charges, additional services, and applicable taxes, will be communicated to you during the booking process or through subsequent communications.
   • 5.3. Payment for the booked spaces can be made in person or via other payment methods that would be communicated to you in line with the Bank's payment procedures and guidelines..
6. Use of Spaces:
   • 6.1. Customers are expected to use the booked spaces responsibly and in compliance with any additional rules or regulations provided by SpaceNXT Management.
   • 6.2. Customers shall be responsible for any damages caused to the spaces or the Bank's property during their use and shall solely bear the associated repair or replacement costs.
7. Limitation of Liability:
   • 7.1. SpaceNXT shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the co-working spaces and event spaces booked through the Platform or in-person.
   • 7.2. SpaceNXT shall not be liable for any damages or disruptions caused by third-party individuals, services or events outside of our direct control.
8. Intellectual Property:
   • 8.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Union Bank or its licensors.
   • 8.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from Union Bank.
9. Privacy:
   • 9.1. We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with Union Bank’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via https://www.unionbankng.com/privacy-notice/.
   • 9.2. By using the Platform, you consent to the SpaceNXT’s collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
   • 9.3. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
   • 9.4. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.
